Rochester, N.Y. - University of Rochester researchers discovered a system that cleans waste from the brain.
Scientists say the "plumbing system" of sorts works the same way that the body's lymph system does, to drain away waste in the body.
Researchers hope to use the findings to treat people with traumatic brain injuries, and diseases like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.
