Rochester/Brighton, N.Y. - Starting today traffic will be reduced to a single lane in each direction at the 590 Winton Road interchange.
The road work is part of the diverging diamond construction project which aims to make it easier for drivers to make left-hand turns from Winton onto 590 and ease rush-hour congestion.
The lane restrictions will last through Thursday, August 30.
