Rochester Man Arrested For Attempted Arson

Rochester, N.Y. - A man from Rochester is accused of trying to burn down a home on Seward Street Friday night.

Police say 27-year-old Robert Tillard had poured gasoline on the porch and around the home, and that people were inside at the time.

According to police, Tillard threatened to set the home on fire after a disagreement with another man inside.

He is now facing second degree attempted arson charges.
