Canandaigua, N.Y. - Derrick J. Krager of Rochester is accused of harassing a person Tuesday at the Walmart Super Center in Canandaigua.
The Ontario County Sheriff's Office said Krager followed a person into and around the store and subjected that person to unwanted physical contact.
He is charged with harassment.
Krager was arraigned in Hopewell Town Court and is in Ontario County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail, and $2,000 insurance bond. He will return to Hopewell Town Court at a later date.
