Rochester, N.Y. - The man accused of killing the owner of a nail salon in Rochester’s South Wedge neighborhood is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday.

Vinh Dac Phan, 54, will be arraigned on murder charges.

Phan is reportedly the uncle of 32-year-old Ho Tai, who was found shot dead in his car on Veterans Place near Alexander Street earlier this month.
