Rochester, N.Y. - On Tuesday afternoon at 2:30, Rochester Police found a man suspected of kidnapping two children that same Tuesday morning.
Police took Kenneth Smith into custody, but have not released more details about his arrest.
Police say Smith took 1-year-old Darius Lee and 3-year-old Jeremiah Baker from a Garson Avenue home around 4 a.m.
They found the children unharmed at a house on Alphonse Street in Rochester in the early afternoon. Police say a citizen saw the Amber Alert, recognized the vehicle, and called police.
Police said Smith is the boyfriend of the boys' mother.
He will be charged with kidnapping, grand larceny, and endangering the welfare of child.
