Rochester, N.Y. - The David F. Gantt Community Center on North Street is getting a $2.8 million renovation.
The project will add a fitness center, music room, kitchen, and program spaces.
Work is scheduled to be completed in May of 2013, in time for summer activities.
Starting Tuesday, all programs will be relocated to the Marketview Lodge at 136 First Street, and the Dr. Freddie Thomas Learning Center at 625 Scio Street.
