Rochester, N.Y. - Another piece of Rochester's Art Walk is in place.
The city has installed a sculpture on North Goodman Street near Village Gate.
Called "Needle and Spindle," it is the work of California artist Cliff Garten.
The Needle and Spindle represents the area's textile factories from decades ago.
The piece will be illuminated at night by led lights.
