Attica, N.Y. - The Wyoming County SPCA is open again.

The facility marked its re-opening Sunday after a police raid in February.

More than 500 animals were found in the shelter on Route 98 in Attica.

New rules now allow a maximum of 75 cats and a dozen dogs at one time.

Board members say the changes at the shelter are designed to keep animals healthy.
