Batavia, N.Y.- One student was sent to the hospital as a precaution Monday after a bus accident in East Pembroke.
It happened on Route 5 at Hopkins Road.
Police say the bus was waiting to turn left into a driveway when it was hit from behind by a tractor trailer.
Only one student was on board at the time. Neither driver was injured.
The driver of the rig was ticketed for following too closely.
