Albany, N.Y. - Senator Chuck Schumer says he's starting up immigration reform talks again.

Schumer will meet with Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina soon.

On Sunday, he told ‘Meet the Press’ there’s a plan afoot that will appeal to all sides of the issue.

“Graham and I are talking to our colleagues about this right now and I think we have a darn good chance using this blueprint to get something done this year,” Schumer said.

The bipartisan plan requires stronger border security and a path to citizenship for those already in the U.S.
