Rochester, N.Y. - The City of Rochester is getting some help from Senator Charles Schumer in converting a downtown stretch of road.

St. Paul Street and North Clinton Avenue between Main Street and the Inner Loop would be converted into two-way streets to connect Rochester's new bus station with downtown.

Schumer is asking the federal government for half of a $1.1 million investment.
