Rochester, N.Y. - A second arrest has been made in connection with a May 2012 homicide in the City of Rochester.
Rochester police say 25-year-old Charles Perkins of Rochester was arrested and charged with secpnd-degree murder and first-degree assault in connection with the death of 25-year-old Robert Vinson.
Perkins is the second person to be charged in this case. Kenyada Peterkin, 31, was arrested November 29 and charged with second-degree murder and first-degree assault as well.
Investigators believe that the victims may have been involved in a large dice game at a location on Smith Street where a fight took place prior to the shooting.
