Second Man Arrested in Saxton Street Homicide

Rochester, N.Y. - A second man is now under arrest in connection to a murder on Saxton Street.

Rochester Police have arrested 25-year old Charles Perkins of Rochester and charged him with second degree murder and assault.

Perkins and 31-year old Kenyada Peterkin - who was arrested last week - are accused of killing 25-year old Robert Vinson.

When police arrived at the scene they discovered Vinson lying in the street with a gunshot wound. He died at the scene.
