Rochester, N.Y. - Two weeks after being re-elected, New York State Senator Kirsten Gillibrand will visit Rochester.
Senator Gillibrand plans to volunteer today at Cameron Community Ministries in the Lyell-Otis Neighborhood.
She's be helping with the daily hot-lunch program. She’ll be involved in preparing, serving and cleaning up hot meals for more than 100 guests.
Cameron Ministries says 90 percent of the families in the Lyell-Otis Neighborhood fall below the poverty line.
