Seneca Falls, N.Y. – A Seneca Falls man faces a felony DWI charge after a two-car crash Saturday.

The accident happened on County House Road at Disinger Road/Kingdom Road in Seneca Falls.

Police say Fred Ruckdeschel, 67, of Romulus pulled into the path of a vehicle driven by Jay Krebbeks, 58, of Seneca Falls. Both drivers were not hurt.

Ruckdeschel was issued a summons for Failure to Yield Right of Way.  Krebbeks was arrested for Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .08% or more and Aggravated DWI for having a BAC of more than .18%.  Krebbeks was also convicted of DWI in 2006, which makes the new charges felonies.

Krebbeks is set to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court this week.
