Rochester, NY - Small business owner John Krohn says he's not worried about 85 billion dollars in spending cuts that are set to happen Friday.

He's more worried about rising gas prices, and the threat of higher taxes and how our government is going to reduce a 16.5 trillion dollar deficit.

Krohn said he believes Congress needs to cut even more and spend less.

He said it's not the threat of Sequestration that bothers him, it's the inaction of Congress who was sworn to uphold the Constitution. His solution:

"Fire them. Fire them all." Krohn told us.

Krohn said spending in Washington has been out of control for years and he fears it's all going to come crashing down like a crumbling house of cards.

"It's only a matter of time before it all falls down."

Mary Ellen Wilber is also frustrated over sequestration and the threat of deep cuts.

She said Congress is playing games. "Congress is holding the American people at bay with threats, instead of working together to come up with solutions to real problems."

Wilber added, "They're not looking at the needs of the country, the economy, getting people back to work."

Krohn said he fears gas prices could reach 5-dollars a gallon by the summer and he said he cannot afford that.  "It's going to kill us." Krohn said.
