Albion, Orleans County - A level 3 sex offender is facing rape charges in two counties.
Scott Stanley of Albion is charged with 2 counts of Rape in Genesee County and 1 count of Rape and 1 count of Criminal Sex Act in Orleans County.
Police say Stanley had repeated sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl. His arrest follows a three-month investigation.
Stanley has been a registered sex offender in New York state since 2005.
Stanley is being held in the Genesee County Jail.
