Hearing For Sex Offender In Comatose Rape Case

Brighton, N.Y. - A man convicted of raping a comatose woman at a nursing home in Brighton in 1995 could soon be released from prison.

John Horace is scheduled to appear in court Friday, January 18, to determine his sex offender status upon his release in March.

Horace is serving a 25 year term at Mohawk Correctional Facility.

His victim, known as “Kathy,” died a year after giving birth to a son.
