Rochester, N.Y. - A Michigan man is charged with making a death threat against Kodak CEO Antonio Perez.
A complaint was filed Thursday in federal court against John Michael Paul of Roseville, Michigan.
According to court papers, John Michael Paul made a phone call to Kodak's office of Investor Relations and claimed to be a former shareholder with a message for Antonio Perez.
The angry shareholder allegedly threatened to "put a bullet in the head” of Kodak's CEO.
Investigators say he made the threatening voicemail because he was upset about the value of his Kodak stock which he says he sold at 58-cents a share.
