Rochester, N.Y. - The new developer of the Sibley Building will hold an open house and unveil his new plans for restoring the building.
The management team from Winn Companies will also make another pitch to keep MCC's downtown campus at the Sibley Building.
An online petition is also circulating to drum up support for the new campus in the Sibley Building.
