Northeast / Midwest U.S. - Spring may officially start tomorrow, but it doesn't feel like it today.

Overnight, the ice pellets and slushy snow turned to rain as the temperature rose—making for heavy slushy snow, which can be dangerous on the roads.

Although most of the big roads in Rochester and surrounding areas are plowed and clear, some are still slush covered.

Rochester is not the only place getting hit by wintry weather.

White-out conditions caused cars to spin out and flip over in the Midwest.

The intensity of that storm system is decreasing as it moves north and eastward.
