Pittsford, N.Y. - A heater fan that was smoking sparked evacuations at the Wegmans store on Monroe Avenue Thursday night.

Firefighters cleared the store, but then determined no fire at around 10:30 p.m.

Employees have since returned to the store, and electricians are working on repairs.

On Monday, the same store was evacuated when a contractor's error caused a refrigerant leak inside the store.
