Kendall, N.Y. - A Spencerport man is in guarded condition at Strong Hospital after a snowmobile accident in Orleans County.
The Orleans County Sheriff's Office says John Battista, 35, was riding his snowmobile around 2:30 Wednesday afternoon in Kendall when he ran into a drainage ditch.
Battista flew headfirst into another snowmobile and suffered a serious head injury.
He was wearing a helmet at the time.
