Greece, N.Y. – St. Joseph’s Villa celebrated 70 years of service Sunday.

The center for children with emotional and behavioral needs marked the occasion with live music, games, food and highlights from its history.

Christina Gullo, St. Joseph’s Villa’s president and CEO, said the event was a good opportunity to reflect on the past while still looking ahead to the future.

"What started as the organization – as an orphanage into a mental health-focused organization – is today a very broad range of services,” she said. “It's an exciting time to take a look back, to take into account all the things that we're doing today and to look forward to the innovative programs of the future to serve our youth and families."
