Chili, N.Y. - A 16 year old is charged with assault after allegedly stabbing his mother's boyfriend during a domestic dispute Friday morning.
Police said sheriff’s deputies were called to a mobile home on Paul Road around 2 a.m., after a woman called 911 saying her son stabbed her boyfriend.
Police said the woman and Shawn Holler, 31, were arguing when Brandon Lyautey, 16, came into the room and stabbed Holler.
Lyautey fled from the trailer on foot and was caught by police nearby.
Holler was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
Lyautey is charged with first-degree assault and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
