Albany, N.Y. - A new hotline has been set up in New York to prevent underage drinking and driving during prom and graduation seasons.
Governor Andrew Cuomo announced the hotline, 1-866-UNDER 21.
Calls to the hotline will be forwarded to New York State Police, who will alert the appropriate jurisdiction. Callers will remain anonymous.
