Rochester, N.Y. - Upcoming plans for the Rochester City School District are expected to be central at a City Schools meeting tonight.
Superintendent Bolgen Vargas will give the annual “State of Our Schools” address at All City High School, 180 Ridgeway Avenue.
The address is open to the public and starts at 7:00 p.m.
