Clyde, N.Y. - State Police are searching for an illegal immigrant indicted for raping a six-year-old girl.
Investigators fear Dagoberto Ruiz-Barrios, 40, may have left the area, and could be in Tennessee.
The alleged sexual assault happened in July. A grand jury indicted Ruiz-Barrios last week.
He's facing charges including predatory sexual assault against a child, rape in the first degree and performing criminal sexual act.
