Rochester, N.Y. - Across the state on Wednesday, police will be keeping an eye on paroled sex offenders.

As part of "Operation Halloween," police will monitor sex offenders.

Rules ban parolees from leaving their homes once they complete their workday until 6 a.m. Thursday.
