Lima, N.Y. - A man accused in a fatal hit-and-run crash in Livingston County is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
Michael Manley allegedly struck and killed Billy Ehrmentraut, 51, in Lima in February.
His body was discovered in a ditch by a neighbor.
Police say Manley waited 11 hours before calling 911, saying he thought he hit a deer.
Manley is charged with leaving the scene of an accident, perjury and driving without a valid license.
