Man Sentenced For Evidence Tampering In Suspicious Death

Canandaigua, N.Y. – A Canandaigua man will serve prison time in connection with a suspicious death.

David Miller was sentenced to one to three years in prison for tampering with evidence in the death of Lewis McCall.

McCall's body was found by fishermen in June.

The exact cause of his death is still unknown.
