Irondequoit, N.Y. - Monroe County approved tax cuts on Tuesday for Tops Markets to allow the grocery chain to relocate its store into the former Kmart Plaza on East Ridge Road in Irondequoit.

As part of the plan, Tops would close its current Irondequoit store at the corner of North Goodman Street and East Ridge Road.

The new store will include a fueling station.

Kmart closed its Irondequoit store in 2008.
