Los Angeles, Calif. - One suspect is in custody after actor Taye Diggs walked in on an alleged break-in in his home Sunday.
The Rochester native had just returned home following the Screen Actors Guild awards ceremony when he ran into the alleged intruder.
Diggs reportedly pursued, tackled, and held the suspect down until police arrived.
