Rochester, N.Y. - Rochester police are investigating a shooting that happened Thursday night on Champlain St.
According to police, just after 11 p.m., a 19-year-old man was shot once in the chest.
Police say he is not cooperating with the investigation.
As soon as more information about a motive or suspects becomes available, police say they will let us know.
