Chili, N.Y. - A car slammed into a tree on Chili Avenue early Monday morning.
Monroe County Sheriff's Deputies say the 17-year-old driver swerved to avoid a deer in the road around 1:30 a.m.
The SUV he was driving hit a tree and he was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital.
There is no word yet on the condition of the driver.
