Henrietta, N.Y. - A tentative agreement has been reached to sell the Dome Arena.
The buyer, The Rochester Razorsharks basketball team, would also be a tenant.
The team's owner confirms the deal is pending an engineer's inspection of the structure. If no major flaws are found in that inspection, team owner Orest Hrywnak said the deal would include the entire fairgrounds property.
Future plans for the Dome Arena could include fields for sports leagues and an ice rink for hockey leagues.
