Alabama, N.Y. -- U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration agents and sheriff's deputies arrested Dustin Benham, 20, and Kenneth Mosholder, 44, early Thursday morning. Later in the day, Denise R. Montgomery, 41, of Batavia was arrested.
The three are expected to appear in federal court on charges of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine.
Investigators say they learned about the meth lab a month ago. They described it as a small but growing operation.
Genesee County Sheriff Gary Maha said it was the first methamphetamine lab that they were aware of in the county, and they are asking for federal prosecution.
