Irondequoit, N.Y.- Three people are under arrest accused of breaking into cars and stealing items in Irondequoit.

Police charged 20-year-old Gennelle Martrano, 17-year-old Liborio McCauley and 26-year-old Joshua Roelle with fourth-degree grand larceny.

Police say over the last several weeks the suspects have been responsible for breaking in to numerous vehicles in the Culver Road and Durand Boulevard area.

Police say vehicles were targeted because they were unlocked and electronics, cash, and credit cards were the most common items stolen.

Authorities say the suspects are also accused of using the stolen credit cards to make purchases at stores in Henrietta.
