Rochester, N.Y. - Investigators arrested three teens on arson and burglary charges following a fire in Rochester on Tuesday.
Rackwon Hall, 16, and Favion Jones, 17, and a 15-year-old teen are accused of setting fire to a vacant building on Atkinson Street at 3 p.,. Tuesday.
Investigators responded to the home after reports that a smoke detector was going off, and people were seen running from the home.
Members of the Rochester Task Force and Fire Investigation Unit determined the fire was set with gasoline.
No one was hurt. Investigators said witnesses led them to the three suspects.
