Tokyo - Toyota says it's settled its first wrongful death lawsuit out of hundreds of cases of cars accidentally accelerating.
Two people were killed in 2010 after a Toyota Camry crashed into a wall killing two passengers.
Toyota agreed last month to a settlement worth more than $1 billion to resolve hundreds of lawsuits.
