Chili, N.Y. - A tractor trailer fire led to the shutdown of I-490 in Chili for several hours Thursday.
The highway shut down when firefighters responded to the scene between Exits 4 and 5 in Chili.
Monroe County Sheriff's Deputies said a mechanical problem sparked the fire. The driver escaped uninjured.
The tractor trailer was hauling frozen chicken.
