Mt. Morris, N.Y. – Three people have been arrested on felony drug charges—which all happened during a “routine” traffic stop.
Wesley C. Histed, 30, of Belfast, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was in possession of 21 bags of heroin. He’s now in jail on $5000.00 bail.
William J. Marble, 35, of Scio, was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. He too, is in jail on $5,000 bail. Marble had 47 bags of heroin.
Niomi M. Mighells, 25, of Angelica, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument, and possession of marijuana. She had 32 bags of heroin on her, and is in jail on $5,000 bail.
The three were traveling through Livingston County after buying the drugs in Rochester.
