Rochester, N.Y. – A man charged with forcibly raping a woman at his home nearly one year ago was found guilty by a Monroe County jury.

Trellis Presley, 43, was convicted of first-degree rape.

He met the victim the day before the incident last March and invited her to his home on Melville Street to visit when the attack occurred.

When the victim’s friend arrived at the house to pick her up as planned, the victim freed herself and ran to her friend’s waiting vehicle, where she immediately called police.

Presley took off but was apprehended by police three days later.

He will be sentenced April 23 and faces a minimum of 20 Years to Life in prison.
