Rochester, N.Y. - Two men now face charges in the murder of a man on Whitney Street in Rochester early Saturday morning.
Miles Mitchell, 23, and James Hillyard, 25, face murder and robbery charges.
Police arrested both men in the robbery, shooting and beating death of Joshua Groat, 27, on Whitney Street at 2 a.m. Saturday, August 25. Police found Groat's body in a used car sales lot.
Police said their investigation into the crime is ongoing.
