Rochester, N.Y. - Two Romanian citizens face charges in an ATM skimming and identity theft case that stretched from Rochester to Binghamton.
Catalin Pitut, 28, and Dimitru Predoi, 42, are accused of using cameras and magnetic stripe readers to steal bank information.
Both suspects face up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
