Waterloo, N.Y.- State Police arrested two men in Waterloo for allegedly breaking into their neighbor’s apartment and stealing property.
Timothy White, 28, and Loyd Barnes, 19, are charged with second-degree burglary.
Police say Barnes was also charged with second-degree reckless endangerment for discharging an arrow from a compound bow while in his apartment.
