Rochester, N.Y. - Monroe County will soon have two more millionaires.
The first winner, who has been an online lotto subscribe for 16 years, won a $16,500,000 jackpot from the drawing on October 13th.
The second person won $1,000,000 dollars on the lottery's Prism Payout scratch-off ticket.
Both winners will be on hand at the Lottery's Customer Service Center in Rochester to collect their millions Thursday morning, November 8th.
