Hold up yall bugging cause cant nobody controll the out come of anothers life not even the parent and us as tax payers aint payin nothing for this little boy the streets is,just because u got white collard folks out here that look down at others that dont fit their part of society (way of life) now from my opinion yall praise this cop more then any young man or innocent standbyer that got shot n died i aint see my cousin flashed acrossed tv 24/7 aint never heard of the cops putting on a manhunt for no one its sad when they get more support from society then others I mean as God Is ma witness they had shooters turn theirselves in with weapons n only get a gun charge or let loose. What I dont get is how if this young man was in the crowd when these three officers come on that call how as soon as these three turn their backs he's shot, what he had this rilf behind his back and they didnt see it come on now n then they say they dont now where the shots came from if he was in the crowd whats the problem. dont blame his choice of path to take on the school system or his parents cause in reality cant nobody chose ya path in life to take. And for u to say if we stop feeding animals we will stop the kids that arent wanted he didnt chose to be in this world and u aint giving him none of ya tax money anyways. Yall feeding them cops that think they got the right to do what they want, thats whats got society messed up now.Who would believe that this boy might was tired of them jumping on him everytime they came around who would believe that this bullet wasnt for that cop but another one who no one cause their always right and we the people are wrong half of the cops dont even lose their jobs for some of the crimes they committ they get suspended wit a pat on their back!!!!! Why give him the death penalty when the cop aint dead why give him the deatn penalty when if the shoe was on the other foot a cop wouldnt get nothing and yall that keep calling him an animal need 2 stop playin

Sazratoga if you stop feeding the animals in your back yard soon they will move on to another feeding ground. You will get rid of them for good. We can not longer pay woman to have babies so they can sit home, not work and collect money, get free food and housing. The more kids you have the more money you make. The father is long gone so we the tax payers pay and pay and pay. If you stop the money you will stop the kids that are not wanted like Tyquan.

This animal needs to get the death penalty. Stop wasting tax payers' money with a trial. If he gets out in 10 yrs. I'd bet good money in no time he's back in jail for shooting someone else. On another note, NYS needs to eliminate welfare. Then the crime rate will go down dramatically as the inner city will be a ghost town!

There should be some kind of test to determine if you should be able to reproduce.

I was in Walmart today and a lady was buying 5 big plastic coke botles, potato chips, Hostess Cup Cakes and a People Magazine among other items. I bet all this will help feed the kids at home. The Welfare System is a joke like our legal system. I would like to know why Tyquan's parents were not in court. I guess from day one they did not care about him. I see a kid that wanted attention and never got it. Someone said the mother could not control him. Was she ever home? Did she try. Where is she now? Still out of his life. And no father? He is a product of the welfare system. We are creating another generation of monsters with no parents.

As for our Welfare System we have to pass a drug test to keep or jobs and pay taxes that support these people right? They should have to take random drug tests if they want to receive there benefits. I dont want to support someones habit. And it must be RANDOM not scheduled or they could plan for that.

This boy should serve ten years, if that is the max for this crime and his age, and it should start after his victim fully recovers. He can be out and pose a new threat and this victim still not be fully able to enjoy life. An intentional act should not be treated differantly because of age. He didn't do this by accident, HE AIMED AT HIS VICTIM! He should be spending the rest of his life in prison without the possibility of parole!

Or Tomboy, maybe some requirements to receive public assistance are that your children need to attend school everyday and have never been in trouble, etc. If those rules are broken, then they do not receive payment for that child or any at all. (Sorry, not sure how the system works deciding on how much you receive).
