Rochester, N.Y. – Mayor Tom Richards announced Thursday that the United States Marine Band will perform in Rochester on Sunday, October 7th.

The concert will be held at Kodak Hall at the Eastman Theatre at 3 p.m.

“The band is a national treasure that has been a part of our country’s history since the days of our Founding Fathers. I hope as many citizens as possible take advantage of this opportunity to witness this live performance of true artistry,” says Mayor Richards.

The Marine Band is America’s oldest continuously active professional musical organization.

You may request up to four tickets by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to ATTN: Marine Band Tickets, Eastman Theatre Box Office, and 433 E. Main St., Rochester, NY 14604.

Seating is general admission. Those without tickets can be admitted into the theatre at 2:45 p.m.
